Kentucky, the agency need – ideas insurance road …?

I opened an independent insurance agency Kentucky recently. I hired a licensed manufacturer to help me apply car, home and life insurance. I also rented a telemarketing call for ideas for new business models. With a limited budget, how can I get more people to work for the insurance offer Contact Free? What job would you choose? Suggestions welcome!?
