I'm in a car accident w / o insurance?
I was on the highway and pulled a flat tire. I threw danger and started to remove slowly. That Auto flew behind me and managed to start in front of me. I gave my card from the old insurance agent and told him that it was outdated. He acted as if it was good. I told him what happened the past, they beat me and it was not my fault. He said they confirmed my story that I skip. It was cold and rainy, he said, no We wanted to be there, so we exchanged information and no report was filed. I did not want to file a claim. Someone said it was insurance fraud. Today I received a letter sent to the insurance the other car and said they investigated the incident and that I am at fault. Two questions: 1) Why am I guilty? 2) What I do now? I have no money, my car is my only asset class, and I ate rice for dinner last Friday. I just wanted to clarify this point. Also from, uh, I can not go back. It was not my fault. I do not think I was clear on this point.
