Why insurance rates are the manditory car insurance laws to be adopted until after?

With the adoption of these insurance companies promise Laws are always the lowest

Even more important is how these laws never before court of law? The idea behind the automobile, is that a premium for accidents, you have not already done so, based on the statistical probability that you pay enough. How is the condition that such a product is not a violation of the presumption of innocence? What if they went in urban areas and began to begin to ask young men to the prison at the weekend to come, based on the statistical probability that they may one day rob a liquor store? Steven: Thanks for the nice words, but again, how they justify it?

Is it possible to conclude a car if you rent in the rule, but do not have a car?

Hi: I drive a little bit, and rental car probably 50-10 days a month. I am based in NYC, so I do not own a car of my own. Is there a type of insurance that I can only get what covers me while driving a rental, other than what the landlord offered by themselves (at $ 20 per day). I am particularly concerned because the "insurance" by the Landlord insurance offered is not really at all. This is coverage for damage to the vehicle, not a coincidence and not the responsibility of cover for personal injury, Loss, etc. Of course you can not register a vehicle of your choice without insurance, I must imagine that this niche is covered in any way.

If a society car insurance on your car, even if you want to remove.?

I live in Texas.Ameriprise says there is a law in the state of Texas that says if the car repairs are more than 80% of the value not to resolve, but pay the value of the car are no less deductable. They with the NADA value average selling price was looking in my area.Is this true and what weight they should use?

Most of us use the term "total" in casual Conversation as in "Man, have you heard Dinkins was to drive his car back from the party last Saturday?" If something is totally wreck it completely out. It is not too far from the definition of the insurance industry a car: If you total your car – or if someone else is doing it – you talk a lot of damage to the car while it would cost to repair more to offer than what it really interesting. It seems that your car would have to come down to considerable damage to an insurance for the entire but it is actually a function of the value of the car. Minor damage to a 15-year-old Buick might result in the amount of the car, while larger damages on a brand new Saab could not. Auto Insurance Claims Expert rule to determine the real value of cash in a car with a proprietary database of the prices of their company. Some Total company vehicles up to 51% of their actual value, a total of about 80%. The insurance pays you the actual cash value of the car, minus the deductible Your reporting. Then the car goes to a scrap yard, where it is to auction the highest and most often for parts. The insurance company keeps all the money he for the car has to be saved. Is it necessary to buy car insurance even if I my auto insurance with me?

I have a car and car insurance is not accepted. Now my question is if I take a rental car, then my insurance for my car, car covers, or do I have to take separate insurance for rental car? When I saw the car insurance, She took to my car in detail and in its current insurance card. If I am to take out insurance for rental cars, what kind of insurance I need my exclusion from the Scope car insurance, which applies to all cars take? Even if I drive someone to the other car, my insurance if I have an accident?

If you rent a car, you must have a full coverage sure that) you own (car and then it will be done automatically for rent. If you do not have full coverage, you can add to your current contract will be for the time you rent a car or simply buy insurance from the rental station. And the answer to your question is no other policy is not on your will to someone else, just because the car on the road by car. The insurance covers cars, people not even if we find fault in an accident, your friend, a relative of the insurance should cover that loss.

What will the insurance cover if the car was stolen?

My car was stolen, and fortunately again the next day. However (the keys or the thief) found. The vehicle was towed from the campus police station, then I have made new keys for the car. I understand that I am the error of leaving the keys in the car, and I accepted the consequences. However, I was wondering, 1 If my insurance does not reimburse the cost of towing ($ 65) and The cost of producing the key ($ 95)? I have received both. 2. I understand, there are different covers for the insurance, so that if someone they Costs, what kind of coverage do I need to cover? Any information would be very grateful. Yes, it looks like a cost, but I'm at school, and I really could not affford flat at $ 160. I do not have enough money for the holidays now return home.

Even if you have a problem, probably in the a deductible on your coverage (which includes claims for stolen vehicles). In most cases, its hundreds of dollars, so even if you do not file your Issue if it for only $ 160 if your franchise, you will not be anything anyway. Moreover, in my state is the law that if your keys left in the car, they can not free the thief stealing car, then here is your car was not technically stealing, just borrowing without your permisssion …. and then the insurance does not pay anyway.

Is it counted as an interruption of coverage, if I have no insurance because I have no car?

I had auto insurance. I sold the car. I told the insurance because I do not drive any more. Does this count as a failure "in the cover when I had no car to insure?
