How can a motor vehicle liability insurance without a license United States?
I am a foreigner and wants to buy a car in San Francisco for a trip cross-country skiing. The only problem seems to be the car cover insurance, which is required if you are traveling. Where the car has to be registered? Can not buy a car registered in the United States and to insure a foreign address. Are you actually live in San Francisco? There are exceptions for military personnel stationed in the United States, but it is a little different for a tourist.
