Is it his right to call on auto insurance from another party, a copy of their investigation?
I entered a car accident in New York I ( Turn left and the other driver broke a red light and hit me because the road was frozen and had summer tires, but maintained that his light was yellow) and the disturbance is controversial, since there are no witnesses. Insurance company of another person (Progress.) sent me a letter, it was my fault because I was distracted when there is no basis for what so ever (not to speak) for me. I do not even ask for anything, I just did not my insurance for me as a pilot to classify high risk that I am on the 18th I asked myself whether I have the right, had to request a copy of their investigation, or if I have other legal rights against them (or where I can find this information). You are not entitled to the investigation of insurance or other evidence which they obtained in their investigation. What is Your insurance and what the other insurance company are not mutually exclusive … unless your insurance Agress with them.
