Mexican Auto Insurance. I rent a car in Cancun for a week.?

I do not want to buy insurance from the rental agency. Can I get from another agency, as they offer in San Diego?

Mexican auto insurance pays, I know, because I live in Mexico and used. If you by an international rent organization such as Hertz, and you have other insurance that you do not have to buy insurance, however, if there is a problem to you, the Mexican insurance, face, etc., and if you are on vacation, it is not worth the trouble.
