Hello discretionary payments claim form housing, I have this form, to provide additional services as they request to pay UK £ 96.00 per week and my rent is £ 126.00 uk week. The Rent Service has decided that my rent is higher than normally required for rent in my area (not true) 3-bed semi Prestwich in Manchester.
