LDW Rates and liability insurance rates in San Francisco?

Can someone please let me know LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) and liability insurance rates for San Francisco City Car Rental Companies. I plan a car-size Compact October 16 to October 20 with full LDW and liability insurance. This allows me to the rental book to decide. Thanks in advance
