Can I travel out of state with provisional plates on my car. The car is properly registered and insured?

Then I Expulsion of the state with temporary registration plates on my car. I have just bought a used car, back with only the temporary license plate, and I need to get through Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama to stay. I had the car for three weeks but the car is properly registered, and I have insurance. Is it legal, I will not on the right to violate the tickets.
