Auto insurance companies offer discounts for defensive driving study in North Carolina?
I am 23 and have an accident and a ticket for an accident on my license Kinda New. I believe the accident was in July or August 2008. I would like to reduce the insurance but some companies that I've asked say they be no discounts. Does anyone know of any company, large or small, suggesting reductions in insurance in North Carolina for persons under 25 with points has recently? North Carolina have the same conduct defensive?
