Car insurance?

I live in California and got an offer for a new car coverage establishments from an insurance company that no longer within the state. Is there a difference between the purchase of insurance through state policy in the context of a policy from a compnay in Cali?

During they are authorized to do insurance business in California, then nothing does everything. Look at the insurance card, as it says "California Health Insurance Card" or something to that effect, then fine.
