How long do you need to file a claim with your auto insurance after an accident?
My husband was just an accident. A man who saved our Car in the city. He received a police report too. The man wants us to pay without going through his insurance. We need prices and specifications, we can not get, until Monday. So, if he can not pay still submit an application? This just in! The police advised drawbacks, the report said, as our insurance top (NY), although this is not our fault. And now?
