Do you think it is wise to have limited tort auto insurance saves $ 500 per year.?

I can 500 million U.S. dollars for my insurance save if I limit my liability in tort to. I can still sue for severe injuries and for DUI when a driver hits me, but I 'm limited by other means. Good idea or bad?

Bad idea, you never know what can happen, insurance a reason to wash their hands .. give it no longer.
