Can I have a small claims complaint against an insurance company automobile MA or by my insurance?
I get a lot first Arbella Mutual Ins. After it was decided that I was 50% at fault in an accident it clear that their guilt said customers appraisor (including Arbella). I wanted to a complaint In small claims, not by my insurance and pay the retention file. But now I wonder whether the process and the cost is cheaper to pay the short term only the deductible. In addition, I have no idea how the pursuit of the file small claims (that I IT) research. Ideas?
